How do I start a lot?
Tap New lot, pick your product photos, then choose a marketplace size and tap Start. Lotsnip removes the backgrounds and opens the lot as a review grid.
Why does a photo say Check edges or Failed?
Check edges means the cutout passed but the edges need a look. Failed means no product was found.
Open the photo, then use Erase to remove leftovers and Restore to bring back parts that were cut. Tap a detected object to keep or remove it. Reset to auto returns to the first result.
Which marketplace sizes are available?
Amazon 2000 × 2000, eBay 1600 × 1600, Shopify 2048 × 2048, Etsy 2700 × 2025, Poshmark 1080 × 1080, Depop 1280 × 1280, Mercari 1080 × 1080, Walmart 2000 × 2000, and transparent PNG. Custom sizes are in Pro.

What is the free limit?
Free includes 10 photos a day and lots of up to 10 photos. Lotsnip Pro, a one-time purchase, removes the daily limit and allows lots of up to 200 photos.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple account you bought with.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything runs on your device, so no connection is needed.
